Thanksgiving weekend. We will be having complimentary chocolates from Portland Chocolatier Teresa Ulrich, specifically created for Quenett wines only. Fine cheeses and live mucic Friday and Saturday.

We will have chocolates specifically designed to compliment our wines from a local Chocolatier who studied at the famed FRENCH LAUNDRY in Napa. We do plan on having live music throughout the weekend as well as other local artisan products.
The Chocolates
Teresa Ulrich studied chocolate at Portland's Western Culinary Institute under former Moonstruck Chocolatier, Erica Stephensen. She continued her studies as an apprentice at Napa’s famous French Laundry.
All Chocolates are created from Valhrona, Scharffen Berger, & El Rey.
Pinot Gris & Honey Blossom – Creamy white chocolate with a touch of apple blossom honey and a hint of orange blossom.
Sangiovese & Cherry – Bittersweet chocolate (63% cocoa) - Bittersweet
chocolate filling with a touch of Kirschwasser Cherry Brandy and cherry compote filling.
Cabernet & Raspberry-Currant - Bittersweet chocolate (63% cocoa) –
Bittersweet chocolate filling with a touch of Crème De Cassis (Black Currant Liquor) and raspberry compote.
Zinfandel & Cinnamon Pepper - A combination of Bittersweet chocolate (63% cocoa) - 38% Milk Chocolate and 70% Dark Chocolate filling infused with cinnamon and pink peppercorns.
Barabera & Noire - Bittersweet chocolate (63% cocoa) - A combination of 72% and 70% Dark chocolate. A silky filling with a bold full-bodied flavor.
